Troubleshooting

Q: CHM cannot display correctly with an “Action canceled” message.

A: View CHM over network is disabled by Windows. Please view it on your local driver.

 

Q: CHM cannot display correctly when email it to others.

A: Compress the CHM to a zipped file when you email it.

 

Q: Upload CHM to website for downloading but the downloaded CHM cannot display correctly.

A: Compress the CHM to a zipped file when you upload to a website.
